The machine is built to perform overlap welding, hem welding (flat hem, rope hem, pockets), acrylic coated fabric welding, high speed production or thick fabric welding.

In the unique SPEC machine, you can easily see and arrange the fabric. The machine has a user-friendly and convenient control panel as well as low-cost accessories - all these and more make the machine ideal for a variety of uses and industrial fields.

The SPEC machine is also used as a complementary machine to the TRIAD soldering machine and can be designed for a specific soldering application that will reduce the change of connections - all this at affordable prices.

SPEC OVERLAP for soldering an overlap connection

This machine offers an effective solution for overlapping welding (joining two sheets together).

The machine design provides excellent visibility of the fabric while soldering.

The aiming system is able to aim in front, to position the fabric entering the machine as well as from three other directions in the field of welding.

You can find a wide variety of blade sizes.

The blades can be changed to get different widths of solder.

Hot blade soldering machines

The SPEC KEDER system is designed to make pottery easily

With the help of this machine you can solder the pot to the pot fabric, you can choose pot diameter (8,10,12 mm) clamping style (with single or double wing).

The machine comes as a separate unit but sits on an aluminum device that slices the potter's fabric and the pot itself and thus is properly fed to the soldering machine.

The structure of the aforementioned facility is made of aluminum, can stand on the floor or sit on a table.

A potter system with self-feeding, can produce up to 250 meters per hour.

Solderable potter cable and potter cloth are also sold separately. Sizes of Kader cable are 8 mm / 10 mm / 12 mm. Pottery cloth can be obtained in a variety of widths.
